Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our Bamboo Knee Sleeves. We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please contact our customer support team at trybambooheal@gmail.com so we can assist you.


How Our Guarantee Works

Our Bamboo Knee Sleeves are designed to deliver results over time through consistent, daily wear. The bamboo charcoal far-infrared technology works cumulatively — promoting circulation gradually as the fibers interact with your body heat over weeks of continuous use.

Because of this, results cannot be fairly evaluated in just a few days or weeks. To ensure every customer gives the product a genuine opportunity to work, our guarantee requires a minimum of 45 days of consistent use before a claim can be submitted.

To submit a guarantee claim, ALL of the following are required:

  1. Contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com no earlier than 45 days and no later than 90 days after your confirmed delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  3. Provide a detailed written description that includes:

    • What specific results you were expecting when you purchased the sleeve (e.g., reduced morning stiffness, better sleep, less swelling, improved mobility)
    • How you used the product — how many hours per day, during which activities, whether you wore it at night, and how many days per week
    • What specific benefits you did or did not experience during the 45+ days of use
    • Any other solutions you are currently using alongside the sleeve (medications, physical therapy, braces, etc.)
  4. Provide proof of consistent use for a minimum of 45 days. Acceptable proof includes:

    • Photos of the sleeve showing visible wear consistent with 45+ days of regular use (natural pilling, fabric softening, compression marks, wash wear)
    • A dated photo log showing the sleeve being worn on at least 3 separate occasions across the 45-day period
    • Any other reasonable documentation demonstrating consistent use
  5. Include at least 2 photos showing the current condition of the product.

Claims that do not include all of the above will be returned for completion before review.

Our team will review your complete submission and respond within 48 business hours with a resolution.


Resolution Options

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one or more of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A free replacement in a different size if sizing was the issue
  • A full product exchange if you experienced a product quality issue
  • Store credit toward a future purchase
  • A partial or full refund to your original payment method

The resolution offered will depend on the nature and detail of the claim, the condition of the product, and the information provided.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage
  • A photo of the packaging as received

We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. No return of the damaged item is required.


Unopened Items

If your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging, you may return it for a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide a return address and instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.


Important Policy Details

  • Minimum 45 days of use required. Claims submitted before the 45-day mark from delivery will not be reviewed, as the product has not been given adequate time to deliver results.
  • Maximum 90 days from delivery. Claims submitted after the 90-day window will not be honored under any circumstances.
  • One guarantee claim per household. Our guarantee is designed for individual customers evaluating the product in good faith. Multiple claims from the same household, address, or payment method may be declined.
  • Items purchased for resale are not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Promotional and discounted orders are eligible for the guarantee under the same terms.
  • Incomplete claims will not be processed. All required information listed above must be provided before your claim enters review.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution. In most cases, we can send a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost if you are within the first 30 days of delivery. We recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering.


How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is issued, it will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
