Shipping policy

Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.


Order Processing

All orders go through a quality verification and processing period before shipment. This includes order confirmation, payment verification, inventory allocation, and quality inspection of your Bamboo Knee Sleeves before they are packed and handed to the carrier.

Estimated processing time: 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. A second email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shiping (3-6 days) FREE

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6-11 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, customs processing, and circumstances beyond our control.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.

You can track your order at any time by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note: In some cases, tracking information may show limited updates during transit. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

We do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Issues

My order hasn't arrived yet

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

My package shows "delivered" but I didn't receive it

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side doors, with neighbors)
  2. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery
  3. If still not received after 48 hours, contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier

My order arrived damaged

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at trybambooheal@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders that have not yet entered processing can be modified or cancelled for a full refund.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for options after delivery.
